You must either be based in Africa, or have an African partner to be eligible for a grant from innovateAFRICA.

Finding the right partner, who can contribute meaningfully and who can help scale your ideas, is crucial to the success of any venture. But, reaching out across the world is never easy. The organisations behind innovateAFRICA are therefore happy to help you find potential partners.

Code for Africa is the continent’s largest network of digital journalism and civic technology organisations, with affiliate labs in nine countries and project partners in an additional 15 countries.  CFI, the French agency for media cooperation, is Africa’s largest digital media development agency in Francophone Africa, with programmes everywhere from Madagascar to Morocco.  Hacks/Hackers Africa is a grassroots network of over 35,000 tech savvy journalists (‘hacks’) and technologists who appreciate the power of narrative content and audience engagement.  These networks give innovateAFRICA unique insight into who and where Africa’s digital media pioneers are.

We would be happy to use our collective networks to help connect you with potential partners.  In doing so, none of innovateaAFRICA’s partners are in any way endorsing the individuals, organisations or ideas.

Vous devez soit être basé en Afrique, soit avoir un partenaire africain pour être éligible à une subvention de innovateAFRICA.
